WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING & RETUNS POLICIES

DO YOU OFFER LAY-BY?

We are happy to offer you the option of layaway on full-priced orders over $400 AUD and the terms are as follows:

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon purchase to secure your item. 
• The remaining balance may be made on a schedule that suits you (fortnightly/monthly) for a period of up to 90 days. Should you need more time, please don't hesitate to contact our team and further payment plans may be made. 
• The item will only be shipped to the buyer after payment has been made in full. 
• Should the lay-by fall through, or you change your mind, all payments made after the initial 25% deposit are non-refundable but may be applied as store credit for a future purchase.
• Layaway sales are deemed as final sale.
• If the time period of your lay-by lapses and full payment has not been made, the piece will be re-listed for sale and your payments (except for your initial 25%) will be converted to store credit for future purchases. 
• Layaway is not available for items on sale, nor shall there be any discount applied to pieces already on a lay-by should there be a store sale after the date of purchase (including sales on Instagram)

WHAT DOES PRE-LOVED MEAN?

Pre-loved just means that your jewels have had a life before you purchase them. Nothing on this site is newly made, it's all second hand baby. Which is actually FABULOUS because it means better value for money, and better (much better) for the earth. 

Although great care is taken when selecting jewels to purchase and sell, there may be small defects due to each pieces' previous life. We like to think of these as little love marks that show the journey your piece has travelled. 

WHERE DO THESE PIECES COME FROM?

Well, that's my trade secret and I'll never tell. But, take heart and know that all our pieces have been ethically sourced (mostly from right here in Brisbane/Meanjin). I have have been in this industry for a while and have built up quite a network of gold dealers, sellers and traders.

When buying rings we highly suggest visiting your local jeweller to be sized before purchasing as it can be quite hard to guess your ring size.
